ABOUT MATT
Matthew is a specialist in corrective exercise, strength and conditioning, manual therapy, counselling, and lifestyle coaching. He designs personalised, integrative programs that support performance, resilience, injury prevention, and sustainable health.
EXPERIENCE
Matt began his career in Europe, working in the field of nutrition. After returning to Sydney, he expanded into strength and conditioning and went on to train extensively in manual therapies, including Remedial Massage, Visceral Manipulation, Neural Manipulation, and Cranial Nerve techniques.
Alongside his clinical work, Matt lectures at governing institutes for Personal Trainers and Massage Therapists. He has developed and delivered multiple professional workshops and is the author of two books: Doing the Wrong Things Right – Your Guide to Nutritional Vices and What Pain Is Telling You – Your Diagnosis Is Just the Symptom.
