Mentorship Programs
Mentorship Programs
These mentorship programs are designed for Manual Therapists and Personal Trainers who want to deepen their clinical understanding, improve outcomes with complex clients, and develop a more integrated way of working.
Over six months, you’ll be guided through a structured yet flexible mentorship that draws on over 15 years of clinical experience. The focus is not on protocols, but on how to think, assess, and adapt when standard approaches fall short.
Mentorship is tailored to the individual or group and is available online or in person.
What You’ll Learn
Rather than isolated techniques, the mentorship develops your ability to see patterns, relationships, and root causes.
Key areas include:
Working with the Subconscious
Understanding how stress, trauma, and unconscious patterns influence the body and behaviour.Organs, Glands, Nerves, Arteries & Fascia
Learning how internal systems interact with movement, posture, and pain presentations.Health Appraisal & Assessment
Using structured questionnaires and observation to guide clinical decision-making.Psychology & Behaviour
Improving communication, compliance, and long-term change with clients.Movement Integration
Bringing structure, therapy, and exercise together into cohesive programs.Business & Sustainability
Developing a practice that reflects your values while remaining financially viable.
Who This Mentorship Is For
This program is best suited to practitioners who:
Work with complex or chronic presentations
Feel limited by rigid protocols or symptom-based approaches
Want to integrate physical, emotional, and behavioural perspectives
Value depth, critical thinking, and long-term development
This is not a certification or weekend course — it’s a mentorship built around real-world practice.
Why Have a Mentor?
Clinical work is nuanced. A mentor shortens the learning curve by helping you:
See what you might be missing
Refine your assessment and reasoning
Build confidence in your decisions
Develop your own way of working, not a copy of someone else’s
Mentorship provides context, perspective, and support as you evolve professionally.
